You can decide to return any product purchased through Windows Improve within 20 days from its delivery. The goods return is entirely free of charge. The returned product must be intact and in good working order, inserted in its original packaging and complete in all its parts (including the packaging and accompanying documentation).
Return procedure
To start the return procedure, we kindly ask you to notify us the withdrawal at the following address: support@windowsimprove.com.
If the product is damaged or defective, please document the problem by sending us some photographs.
Delivery of returned goods
The transport expenses for the returned product are borne entirely by the company.
Refund
Whenever goods are returned, the company will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, inclusive of delivery expenses and any additional costs sustained from the day on which it was informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the purchasing contract.
The amount will be refunded with the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction, unless the customer requests a different method and provided that the consumer does not have to sustain any cost for the refund. Windows Improve reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the product(s).
